    SANIBEL AND CAPTIVA DIRECT GULF FRONT HOMES

    The 2 homes previously displayed on this page were temporarely taken off market.

    When you look at the best buys on the bay front side of Sanibel you may speculate that a direct Gulf front home would cost at least $4 million. Not so. We have several direct Gulf front single family homes that list in the $3 million range on Sanibel Island. There are a couple exceptions that list even below $3 Million. I am showing you 2 below.
