Sanibel Arms West is located on East Gulf Drive, close to the Sanibel Inn with its Ellington Jazz club/restaurant. Sanibel Arms West has 475 feet of beach frontage and a very large community pool, 2 tennis courts and a club house. Sanibel Arms West also owns a large dock where owners or visitors may dock their boats while in residence. The canal leads to San Carlos Bay passing under one bridge. The 104 two bedroom condos are located in U-shaped form with some angled condo buildings in the inner part. Buildings K and L are angled in such a way that they provide a substantial partial Gulf view. They pretty much have the full view to the Gulf from between 2 direct Gulf front buildings. Plus they are located extremely close to the beach. Buildings C, D, E and F are located directly on the beach. It is a ground floor condo listed at $449,000 and is being sold fully furnished.  It was bought in 2004 for $485,000. No direct Gulf front units are available at the time of this writing but that changes frequently enough. I am showing you a CMA for sold units from 2005 through April 2010 below. I believe that these condos are an excellent buy based on their list prices, location, rental ability and ameneties.
