The Dunes on Sanibel consists of 377 sites located around a public 18 holes golf course and lakes. One need not belong to the Country Club which also offers a restaurant, tennis courts and a community pool. There is deeded beach access, located at the end of Lindgren, next to the Sanibel Inn, where Dunes home owners can park their cars. The Dunes has duplexes and single family homes, in a wide variety of prices. This community, as well as many other single family homes and condos on Sanibel, has undergone a 10-20% price reduction.
