The Highrise Tower of Beau Rivage was built in 2004. It is a 22 story building with 124 condominiums, located on the Caloosahachee River in downtown Fort Myers, an area that is undergoing major reconstruction in an effort to revitalize the entire historical downtown area. Beau Rivage features a luxurious pool and spa right on the river front and dry dock slips. Condos have from 2-4 bedrooms, ranging from 1319 to 1975 square feet and range in prices from the mid 300's to over a million.
