Buyer's Market....
I no longer have to convince anyone of our buyer's market. Please find all sorts of deals to your left, from short sales to best buys. We have sold an incredible number of homes in Cape Coral and in Fort Myers. Most of these were foreclosures and short sales at extremely low prices. Sanibel and Captiva prices came down by as much as 20-30% but the biggest impact here is that we sold fewer homes than usual and our inventory is large. High end homes remained pretty stable at 2006 prices on these islands and are slowly climbing again. Most price adjustments took place for homes previously listed below $2 million. We still offer 3 Gulf front homes listed below $3million. This may well be the best year when you can take advantage of the price adjustments on Sanibel and Captiva.

Investments.....
The time when investors purchased pre-construction homes and sold them for a big profit before construction was completed has passed and may not come again for a while. This does not mean that we do not have a great inventory for investors who are again looking at long term Investments.
